Camp Dragonfly is a FREE bereavement camp for children ages 6-15, who have experienced the death of a loved one. Camp Dragonfly 2021 will be a Day Camp Format on Saturday, October 23rd or Sunday, October 24th at Camp Hebron in Halifax. Every month HCP will feature one of our fantastic volunteers. This month, meet Jack, a Patient Care Volunteer. Volunteering at HCP, can be very rewarding and also very frustrating because you have to realize and remember the medical conditions our family members have. They will not always be able to be there, emotionally or physically. It’s hard to see the decline and changes our family members go through and not being able to change any of it.
