After a long and stressful week as a nation, whether you are rejoicing or mourning or indifferent, we invite you to come and be in the Kingdom, where we are invited to, as we sing in the Cherubic Hymn, "lay aside every worldly care. So that we may receive the King of all..." 9am Orthros, 10am Divine Liturgy. We will also be offering memorial prayers for the following: Memorial for George (35yrs) & Virginia (10yrs) Demas, Trisagion for Andrew (63yrs) & Theodora (25yrs) Kyrargyros, and Trisagion for John D. Vagias (4yrs).

Liturgy and Funeral for Metropolitan Maximos

It is with tremendous sadness and with hope in the Resurrection that we announce the passing of our beloved Metropolitan Maximos, who served as our Metropolitan of Pittsburgh for 32 years. We pray that Christ place his soul "in the dwelling place of the righteous; grant rest to him in the bosom of Abraham; and number him among the saints and have mercy on us as a good God who loves mankind." May His Memory be Eternal! Kalo Paradeiso!
