You may not always need help at home to live independently, which is why we also offer short term packages for people who may need assistance as they return home from a stay at the hospital. Care starts within 24-48 hours of discharge and includes 56 hours of care during the first month. We also customize our plans to fit your specific needs. You can find out more about our Transition Care Package, as well as the other In-Home packages we offer, here: https://indlivingservices.com/servi/personal-care-packages/
