Innovative Healthcare Teams, Dave & Michelle attended Becker's Hospital Review CIO/ HIT + Revenue Cycle in Chicago. The most intriguing sessions focused on Telehealth, which could be as simple as two health professionals discussing a case over the telephone or as sophisticated as doing robotic surgery between facilities at different ends of the globe. It will be fascinating to watch this delivery mode develop. The sessions on revenue cycle were excellent and pointed to data and metrics for better management but the most critical factor is still effective revenue cycle employee engagement.
