As of August 1, 2020 we are increasing our membership monthly rate to $50 per month. We are opening up tomorrow! All members are required to do the following to stay in compliance. 1. Sign the Covid waiver in the locker room and place in the drop box 2. Keep 6’ distancing ... 3. Clean equipment after use with the disinfectant provided through out the gym

Governor Tom Wolf announced that 12 additional counties will move to green at 12:01 a.m., June 12. Those counties include Adams, Beaver, Carbon, Columbia, Cumberland, Juniata, Mifflin, Northumberland, Union, Wayne, Wyoming and York. Yes!!!!! Finally as of June 12th we will be back open! More details to come!

The current situation on reopening...we are not permitted to open until Cumberland County hits the green phase 3 stage. Who knows when that will happen... But, the moment we are in the green we will be open!

Governor wolf announced the closure and enforcement of all non life essential business to close down as of 8pm last night. Gym will be closed Thursday at 8pm until the shut down is lifted. We will refund or credit the weeks or month dues members have paid while we are closed, once we can determine the length of the shut down. Since i have noticed people dropping our dumbbells recently and we would really appreciate if you didn’t do that. Maybe this would help people understand if my little 200lbs ass can handle the 150’s after a set of 10. I’m sure everyone else can do the same. Thanks
