We can't stop thinking about the virtual WiM’s SUMMIT our ITT Industrial Process team attended this week. Our team found the unconscious bias training webinar conducted by members of the Greenheck Group the most impactful session of the week. Our own Jessica Notebaert, HR Manager, (pictured top right) shared her feedback on this training: It was so powerful because it demonstrated how quick we are to have biases without even realizing.
