I thought that speaking about Gut Health is an appropriate post to get out there, considering I’m suffering from a flare up right now. A healthy gut is key to our vitality. This may seem obvious because our gut is the gatekeeper for the food and water that fuels our organic existence. But a healthy gut is not just about digestion alone:... Gastrointestinal health is the root cause for many health conditions, especially regarding brain and mental health. Sometimes I get so wrapped up in helping others that I forget to take care of me! I’m also wondering if anyone out there has had their gut microbiome tested, and if so, did it improve your health, and was it worth the cost? Oh my gosh tonight at JLM Studio was a glowing mixture of so much fun, a few screwups, (mostly mine!) a lot laughter, and friends having a great time! I am so blessed, to have these women in my life!
