We recently spoke with Tyler Knepley, Desktop Support Tech, about his role at UHS. When asked about the favorite part of his job, Tyler says, "There are two things. The first is interacting with customers from different states - ranging from top executives here at the corporate office to people that work in Billing or Supply Chain at a hospital in Texas. There are so many different departments here at UHS, and having them know my name and that I do a great job is rewarding. I... enjoy the interaction with a lot of different departments that you might not get with other companies. The second is knowing that if someone has a computer or equipment problem, I am there to help them and can make them smile knowing their issue is corrected in a timely manner."
