Our whirlwind trio of three outdoor Estate Auctions in six weeks is now history. We thank everyone in the large and enthusiastic crowds that were present for each auction, who won and took home all but an item or two. Surprise visitors in the moments prior to two of the sales were a bear and a pair of eagles, similar to those pictured below! As announced at our last auction Oct. 3 in Brodheadsville, we will be working on one or more ON-LINE ONLY auctions to be held over the c...old months. These "Bid in your Pajamas" auctions are fast and fun, a sure cure for the "winter blahs". Items won can be shipped anywhere in the U.S., picked up by appointment, or in certain cases, delivered to your door. They usually have a two week preliminary bidding period, and for some, an audible on-line closing, where the auctioneer can be heard calling for final bids as the lots sell in 1-2-3 order. Halloween is right around the corner!
