‘til butter flies

Hi! Remember me?! Let’s reconnect. Are you having a super BUSY summer, too? All school year, we count down the days til break....and then it all just starts flying right on by!... There are a few fun non-jewelry things that have been keeping me extra hustling this summer. I’m helping my mom host some local goat yoga classes (and I’ve been having so much fun with goat yoga puns....bahhmaste is the current lead ). And I’m also helping a wonderful friend and her team organize a kids’ mud run and obstacle course. If you’re local to central PA and would like more info on either of these, I’d love to share! Walking into this Father’s Day weekend like....

Sometimes, despite how happy I am with how a piece of jewelry turns out....I simultaneously wish it didn’t have to exist at all. When Amelia was diagnosed with a rare kidney cancer in October, her family had just moved to our town. They hadn’t yet received benefits from their new jobs and, because their health insurance had lapsed in the interim, our local services refused to transport them to the children’s hospital. Fortunately, the Elk County EMS accepted; they drove 2 ho...urs to pick up the Sharer family, transported them 2 more hours to Pittsburgh, offered Amelia stuffed animals, and declined any payment.
