Wrapping up the roster of Gatsby-themed events for National Library Week will be a virtual concert by Bill and the Belles presented by Susquehanna Folk Music Society. Visit SFMS at https://www.sfmsfolk.org/concerts/BillBelles.html for ticket information. The show is free but individuals need to register to receive Zoom links prior to the event on Saturday, April 17, 2021, @ 2:00 pm. Bill and the Belles have a spirited sound that falls somewhere between old-time country and vaudeville; the group puts its own spin on a golden era of music, specifically the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s. The group has captured the freewheeling, lighthearted approach to music that has endeared them to listeners of every generation. #greatgatsby #paforward #civicandsocialliteracy
