It’s hard to believe that Christmas will be here in 3 short days! Here are some of my favorites from our Christmas session. Toddlers are always a fun challenge because once they are on the move; they don’t want to sit still! Nevertheless, these two did incredible & gave me the sweetest smiles!

When you realize your about to be a family of four and you’ve yet to do family photos of just the three of you! Thankful for my sissy, who helped & captured some photos of our little fam before our new little guy makes his appearance.

Lots of new followers & friends on here so I decided it’s good a time to introduce the woman behind the camera! Hey there, I’m Kayla! I’ve always loved how a photograph essentially stops time as we know it. There is something so beautiful and humbling about capturing one moment in time. My love for photography started at a very young age and I was lucky enough to have parents who encouraged me to go to school for something that I was passionate about. Fun fact: I actual...ly have a Fine Arts Degree & majored in Photography at The University of The Arts! I have the most hard working husband who has supported, helped & pushed me to turn my passion into a business. He works so I can be a stay-at-home mama to our perfect little Liliana (and our little man coming next month)! He even converted our basement into a studio so I have my own space! My in home studio was completely finished & ready the first week of March 2020 & then Covid happened. I was terrified that all of that hard work would never be put to use because of the shutdown. Here we are, it’s December & not only has my studio has been filled but I’ve also I had the chance to hang out with so many families outside for lifestyle sessions! I cannot wait to see what the future holds & I’m so excited to be a part of your special moments! My clients have been there to support my small biz & I am so thankful for each and every one of you! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had to cancel or reschedule due to rain, but Victoria emailed me the day before to confirm she knew about the rain and continued to tell me how it always rains when they do something, even on their wedding day! She went out & bought that super cute umbrella & assured me they weren’t worried about the rain. It was a little cold & wet but I am so happy with the result.

What a beautiful family, am I right!? Sometimes you connect with people right away & that was definitely the case with The Woltemates! I felt like I’ve known them for years, we had so much fun hanging out that morning!
