1" Hardox 450 screens. Plasma cut and formed.

20' long pipe, 1/2" wall. 10' sections rolled to 31.5" id. 12" reinforcing bands with picking eyes and twister slots cut in.. Plasma cut, beveled, rolled, fitted welded and delivered.

1.5" thick, 12" tall rings. Plasma cut on our 360 amp hi def table, pre bent in our 500 ton x 20' press brake and rolled in our 14"12' plate roll. 28" od +/- 1/8

3" thick hardox Hi Tuff plate lip beveled in house and welded in with new shanks and teeth

Our 500 ton press brake bending a 3/8" hardox 450 loader bucket 11'2' long and 8' deep.

2" thick plate drawn up in cad and burned out to perfection on our 360 amp dual head hi definition plasma table.

A custom boring head for some hard drilling. 60" cut. 1-1/2" plate plasma cut and added on to an existing head for a pilot as well as 2 extra wings for a more consistent cut. We like to call this, "The Piranha".

Custom skid mounted vac reel for 4" hose. Self contained Hyd power unit that runs the reel forward and reverse. Designed and built in house.

Core barrel rebuild. 1" thick ring rolled to 42" diameter, welded, pockets and teeth set and welded for a productive member of our customers arsenal.
