Cheers to Caitlin! Caitlin Thompson recently earned her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and, in addition to her years of service, was promoted to a Personal Insurance Protection Analyst at Keller-Brown. To earn this prestigious designation, Caitlin attended five CIC institutes 20 hours of instruction each covering all phases of the insurance industry and passed five comprehensive exams.
