Kelly is berry excited to share a recipe for today’s Foodie Friday featuring the Wind & Willow Triple Berry Twist mix from the shop! Grab a box and check out the recipe . 1 round angel food cake 2 - 8oz. whipped toppings 1 8oz. cream cheese ... Wind and Willow Triple Berry mix Fresh blueberries and strawberries Cut the cake in half, then slice for bottom of dish. Mix the triple berry with cream cheese till smooth, then added one of the whipped toppings. Spread on top of first layer of cake and add some of the blueberries and strawberries on that layer. Top with remaining whipped topping, and garnish with rest of blueberries, strawberries and topping from pkg. Chill dessert for 2 or more hours, and then enjoy!

We’re still thinking everything spring and for this week’s Foodie Friday! We’re showing off a new dip dish (comes with the knife!) in the shop by filling it with some Wind & Willow Lemon Blueberry mix made with the recipe right on the box. Just because it’s still winter doesn’t mean we can’t dream of tropical landscapes and tasty treats! Our Wind & Willow Juicy Mango Dessert Mix was the foundation for our mango dessert pie on this Foodie Friday! We made the pie filling by following the instructions, then spread it into a prepared crust (choose your favorite!) and topped with whipped cream and the included vanilla wafer sprinkles.

Hey Gathering Room-ers! The shop will be closed Monday - Wednesday of this week as we start getting ready for spring and our upcoming special event (announcement coming tomorrow)!

Today’s Foodie Friday is giving us all the diner food cravings! We made a diner-worthy appetizer using our Wind & Willow Bacon Bleu Cheese Mix by following the directions right on the box and garnishing with bacon and blue cheese! Toasted bagels make a great, tasty addition, but you can use your favorite crusty bread or cracker as the perfect accompaniment. (Bonus tip: this mix also makes for a great sandwich or burger spread!)
