Real Estate Vocab: Rent back. What does rent back mean? This means the buyer will close on your home, and you get to stay for an allotted amount of time after the closing. With this option, it allows you to go through a smooth closing process because the lender and title company have more flexibility. You can have cash on hand for your next purchase and take the extra time to move. Typically, you pay the buyer rent as a credit to the buyer at closing. These periods last from 5-60 days and is more common when building a new home.

Today is SUCH an important day, especially with the pandemic now hitting the one year mark. Today is a day to celebrate nurses and all of the wonderful and hard work they have been doing and ALWAYS do. Today, I want to thank every nurse that goes into work each day risking their lives and their health to help others live a happier and more fulfilling life. We are all so grateful for you. Thank you for making this world a better and safer place.
