Last week, our Highway/Bridge crew started the Route 441 River Road bridge replacement project by removing 21 existing beams. Consisting of new precast deck panels and ultra-high performance concrete to accelerate construction, the new 144-foot-long bridge, crossing over the Conoy Creek in Bainbridge, Pennsylvania, will be complete this September.

Under the watchful eyes of Kinsley project leadership Mark, Dillon, Ryan and Kevin a helicopter recently placed 24, approximately one-ton air handling units and related equipment on top of the new 745,000-square-foot warehouse that we are finishing near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Gus, an Assistant Building Superintendent for Kinsley, learned from his father that the best way to get to spend time with your children is to be involved with the activities they love. From coaching basketball, to joining the diversity team at his children’s school, Gus stays involved to help his children and others reach their goals. Thanks for all you do for Kinsley and our community, Gus!

Meet Terry an Industrial Foreman who has worked with us for 37 years! He’s always enjoyed building things and working outside, and during his time here he’s had the opportunity to work all phases and types of construction. His favorite part of the trade is getting to see projects develop from the ground up. Thanks for all you do, Terry!

Jefferson County, WV has a new bridge on Millville Road! Hats off to the main Highway and Bridge crew, who also happens to be family, on the completion of this new two-lane bridge over Evitts Run near the Shenandoah River. Foreman Charles, his wife Amanda, his son Ziba and his brother George did an amazing job and we’re happy to have them as part of our family, too! Wes and Nate are leading our Site team in the installation of a StormTrap underground detention system that can hold 695,000 cubic feet of storm water. Once complete, the team will have put 1,044 individual precast units into place!

Our founder, Bob Kinsley, started our Apprenticeship Program in 2000 to teach essential construction skills and standards. Since then, it’s helped launch over 150 careers, providing our apprentices with hands-on experience as they get paid to learn!
