A Letter To Our Customers, Here are the changes you can expect to see during this time: 1. We (bottled water companies) are facing a bottle shortage. At this time we are only able to evenly exchange empties for full. ... 2. Your Koldrock drivers are trying their best to stay out of all homes and businesses. Please help them by placing your bottles outside. The drivers typically come in contact with 100s of people a day, this is not only for our protection, but your's as well! 3. If you are a Primo customer we cannot currently except Primo bottles as returns. 4. 2 week free trials are on hold. If you would like to be added to a list for future delivery, please call the office! 5. We ask that you not engage the drivers or visit the office if you are not feeling well. Please know that we are doing our very best to meet all customer needs, as well as taking steps to ensure your safety and ours. We appreciate all of our customers and apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause! Thank you for your understanding

Hello Everyone, We have been receiving lots of phone calls with people wondering if we still have water or if we plan to stop deliveries. We are currently well stocked on every type of water we offer and as of now there are no plans to stop delivering. ... For the safety of our staff and customers we are asking that if you are able to handle the bottles, to please leave them outside for pick up; especially if you are not feeling well. This will help to limit contact with the drivers and cut down on exposure. We also ask the same when it comes to picking up in the office. If you don't feel well please refrain from coming in until your symptoms have dissipated. Thank you for your help and understanding as we navigate throughout the next few weeks! -Angela

Update: We believe the issue has been fixed! Please let us know if you have any problems reaching us. Thank you for your patience during this transition!! We have been told by multiple Verizon (landline only) customers that they are not able to get through when calling the 452-0200. We are currently working with our phone company to figure out what is going on! If you have any issues reaching us, our Meadville number appears to be working fine 337-0200. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope be back up and running for all customers tomorrow!!
