Everyone, but mom, caught a fish this morning at Kurtz Fish Farm. I was the fishing pole technician- bait applier.

I had a great day at Kurtz’s today. Caught my biggest bass ever on a large shiner. Released to be caught another time.

Lukes friend from his fishing trip today. He named him Mr Quackerjack.

What an awesome morning on the water at Kurtz Fish Farm. Beautiful place... very peaceful and relaxing.

Vacation 2.0. Fishing at Kurtz Fish Hatchery Taylor caught the most, I caught the biggest (It had to be over 10#), JJ caught the least and the smallest. Trina read her book. Great day with a pond side picnic. Jeff Potter -Tell Smalls this is how you get it done... Lol

Wow! What an amazing turn out tonight!!! Despite the weather we had a great night! Thank you to all who showed up! Can’t wait until the next one! June 19th.... Ok y’all! I’m doing a little research and I need your help. We have started discussing a possible opportunity to open a Kurtz lottery lake. Essentially what this means is for NEXT SEASON, not this year, each person is able to put their name in once on a raffle ticket. October 31st, the end of this season we would pull 50 names. Those 50 lucky winners would then have the option to pay for a membership for next season which would include access to a members only lake as well as... our pay to fish lake for you and one guest for the ENTIRE season. It includes access to all our special events (night fishing at our big lake) and should we have our tournament next year your ticket is included as well. We are in the early stages of this idea but we want to get a feel for how many people would be interested in this opportunity! Please share like crazy and post if you’d be up for it or not! The more people that show interest the more likely I can talk the boss man into this! Ready, set GO!!!!! See more

Exciting news y’all, as sad as we are that we won’t be holding the catfish tournament this year we WILL still be having our night fishing events!!!!! Night fishing events are $10 per person and run for 5pm until 10pm. The dates are attached.... along with .... a bonus event!!!!!! Our final night fishing date will be October 30th!!!! Kurtz Halloween Bash! I think we can all agree this year thus far has been pretty scary and disheartening at times. Let’s break out our crazy costumes, our fishing gear and light up Halloween at the Kurtz’s.
