Congratulations to Dr. and Mrs. Eric Landquist on the birth of their third child, Lydia Naomi on Tuesday, December 8th at 4:54pm. Lydia measured 8lbs. 7oz. and 22.5" long. Mom and baby are doing great.

The newly-formed Kutztown University Chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17th, at 11 a.m. in LY 203. All students and faculty, both male and female, are invited to attend. We will be introducing our officers and watching a TED Talk about Why We Have Too Few Women Leaders.

Math Club Game Hour! The Math Club and Math Department will be hosting our weekly game hour event starting tomorrow, Thursday, November 5 at 11am in Lytle 214, we'll bring 3D Connect 4, Rush Hour, Blokus, Mastermind, Rummikub, Set, chess, and more, and you are also welcome to bring your own. There will be pizza! Also, students who attend this Thursday may enter a drawing; two lucky winners will receive a $10 gift card!
