It's that time of the year to start filling your freezer. Come to Lairdsville Butcher Shop for all your Custom Butchering needs. We offer PA raised Pork and Beef at an additional charge or you can supply your own animal. The cost of the animal is determined by the livestock market, price will be given the week of slaughter date. Deer Processing is available too. The prices listed are if you provide the animal. All meat is vacuum sealed how you want and labeled ready to go in your freezer. Slaughter dates will begin November 8, 2021. If you supply the animal bring it on the date we provide you.
