Lauren did a little HOLLY jolly "hand-sformation" using @gelishprofessional Soft Gel tips. I'm obsessed! Truth be told. We stopped offering traditional nail extensions years ago due to the smell...it kinda clashed with our normal Aveda organic atomsphere. This product is dust free and odorless. The nails last 3 weeks.amd are easily removed like gel. They are also THIN. Which I love. I'm super excited too add this service to our menu! Details to follow!

I loved doing this transformative "Pixie" on Madison. Who else is ready to see fun haircuts make a strong comeback? I've been doing hair a LONG time. Almost 4 decades! I've seen trends come and go...but I have to say, I don't remember a trend lasting as long as the "long-boho-beachy look" (which would include myself wearing) It's lasting longer than it did for the OG bohemians in the late 60s!!!! . The other thing is...the shorter styles bring our clients in more regularly......not twice a year! When a client only comes twice a year...you need a whole lot more clients. In light of the decimation of the salon industry in 2020.... we really need a rebound in our industry! SHORT HAIR COULD DO THIS! . I'd like to send a message to the #fashionworld and #nyfw...We are ready for geometry! The bohemians have had their day in the sun.....Give us new geometric shapes for our haircuts to compliment! We are well aware that the absence of holiday parties can mean less visits to the salon...BUT...we hope the idea of "self care" draws you in for a Hot Chocolate Pedicure, or a Stress Fix Massage. We have updated our protocols to align with PA for traveling. "The Secretary of Health issued an order requiring travelers over age 11 entering Pennsylvania from locations outside the Commonwealth, including Pennsylvanians who are returning home from locations outside the Commonwealth, to produce evidence of a negative COVID-19 test or place themselves in *quarantine for 10 days* without testing or a 7-day quarantine with a negative test on or after day 5 of quarantine. If someone cannot get a test or chooses not to, they must quarantine for 10 days upon arrival in Pennsylvania."
