We are unsurprised and not impressed by the fact that La Salle, like other institutions and corporations, only recently are starting to take things seriously after seeing the tragedy of George Floyd to be the ‘wake up call’ because our pain was not enough to move the institution to act sooner. George Floyd is not a martyr that died for the cause.
