On behalf of the La Salle University Swimming and Diving team, we thank you for your constant support of the team and student-athletes. The reality of NCAA Athletics is that of a constantly increasing cost to produce today’s student-athletes. Annual giving is essential to the current and long-term success of La Salle University Swimming and Diving. Whether donating $10 or $100,000 every gift helps cover the costs of educating a La Salle student-athlete. Giving to the team ...allows us to provide resources to our Explorers that meet the financial demands of their educational pursuits. On March 20, 2019 the University will be holding our 6th Annual Day of Giving. In the past, this day has been a day in which alumni, friends and families have donated to La Salle Swimming and Diving. In 2018, we had 33 donors and raised $6,300 In 2019, we are looking to break records. We are looking to be the number 1 team in the athletic department in participation and dollars raised. We look to double our total from last year and have over 100 donors. This would give us the opportunity to show the University community what great support and supporters we have behind our program. We will break down the gifts by decade of your graduation date. Challenging our great alumni to get involved and make a difference! With your support, we can continue to represent this proud program in and out of the pool. In the past few years, both teams have been recognized by the College Swimming Coaches Association as Scholastic All-American Teams for the overall GPA by each team. We have broken 44 school records over the past 3 years and have had our student athletes recognized within the University in their majors. The bar for excellence has been set by our rich history and we will continue to raise that bar with your help.
