For athletes movement is most important. Learn how to move and make sure your nervous system is working with you. Weightlifting is a great way to reinforce our most basic patterns; walking (sled/ carry) squatting and standing upright (squat/ deadlift). Stronger basic patterns create a greater opportunity to unlock your full potential. Higher numbers don’t always = best movement patterns. Strength takes time to develop, no reason to rush.
