Congratulations to New Cumberland Youth Baseball Association for being chosen as our League of the Week! Take a moment to read up on how sponsorships help support their league and their community: "Our sponsorship dollars are typically put towards new equipment and upgrades to our fields and facilities throughout the year. We need and value sponsorships as we are a 100% non profit all volunteer organization that love to give kids the chance to play baseball. We want to thank UPMC for stepping up and providing their support to our program!"

Congratulations to our League of the Week, Mesquite Soccer Association !! Sponsorships help youth sport organizations across the country pay for things like uniforms, referee fees, and even help pay for players who couldn't normally afford to participate a fair chance to take the field. Take a look below at how sponsorships impact the Mesquite Soccer community: "The sponsorship dollars that we received from previous donors helped some of our teams receive new jerseys, paid fe...es for families who were in financial hardship and provided our coaches with game bags for their teams rosters and extra game equipment. We need and value sponsorships because many of our children come from low income families and need the financial assistance. In addition, we believe in exposure. Exposing our children to different opportunities and allowing them to learn about giving and receiving. Showing our children, the services and businesses that believe in them and their abilities. We also value the commitment that the sponsors make to our children that show their interest in making sure that each child is well rounded not just in academics but making sure they are engaging in meaningful active sport activities. We would like to give a shout out to LeagueSide for fostering the relationship between Mesquite Soccer Association and Post Cereals, Bubba’s 33 and Meiji Hello Panda although our season was interrupted in the Spring due to COVID the sponsors were very flexible and willing to troubleshoot through those rough spots which made us feel comfortable and appreciated. We are looking forward to getting future seasons in gear so that we can keep our children motivated, active and learning good sportsmanship, how to give, how to receive and show appreciation for what others do for them. Thank you LeagueSide for your continued support and initiation and fostering of these relationships." Meiji America Bubba's 33 - Mesquite, TX Mesquite Soccer Association

LeagueSide stands in solidarity with the Black members in our community our partners, youth sports organizers, coaches, players, parents, and everyone else affected deeply by the tragic and senseless death of George Floyd and far too many others. We have always believed that youth sports is a vehicle that bridges communities together and teaches kids valuable life lessons. We will continue to fight towards fulfilling our mission of making youth sports accessible to all. As ...a community-driven organization, we will invest both time and resources towards combating racism and advancing equity in the communities that we serve. Our first step has been educating ourselves through research and conversations. Please reach out if you have any thoughts or ideas. We are with you. We can and we will do more to improve our society. Please visit our most recent blog post for a compiled list of black sport related charities and resources to help educate yourself and your families. Sending Love, The LeagueSide Team
