This is your last week to fill up your Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. We will be praying over the boxes this Sunday during our morning worship service before delivering them. Check out this wonderful story about how a shoebox can change someone's life.

If you have ever wondered if sending a shoebox for Operation Christmas Child mattered, take a listen to Veronica's story. Veronica went from receiving a shoebo...x in Mexico as an individual who was angry at God for being in an orphanage to her leading many in that orphanage and in the local soup kitchen to the Lord. She also went on to be adopted and led her college student friends to go out and buy stuff to pack their own shoeboxes. Please consider participating in this wonderful ministry. Boxes are due at Leatherwood on November 15th. See more

If you want to be a part of a ministry that does the work or God around the world that God is directly involved in, consider participating in Operation Christma...s Child. You can pack a shoebox and drop it off at the church, and it will go to a child somewhere around the world that may not receive anything else this Christmas. Drop off for non-perishable food items for the Food for Friends Food Drive is this Saturday and Sunday at Leatherwood Church.

Leatherwood Church is once again proud to partner with Samaritan's Purse for their Operation Christmas Child Shoebox program. You can pick up your shoeboxes at the church to fill up with Christmas gifts to send to children around the world. You will be blessed by this ministry!

Youth Trip to Haunted House and all-nighter on October 23rd. Come at 7PM with $5 for the Haunted House or at 8:30PM for pizza at the church.
