We're honored to share that LVF has received a grant from the Bucks County COVID-19 Recovery Fund! The fund was established by United Way of Bucks County with additional funding from Penn Community Bank. Bucks County COVID-19 Recovery Fund is providing financial assistance to nonprofits like ours so that we can serve our community. Specifically, this grant will enable 25 consumers to continue regular access to telehealth services via our tablet loan program. Our Holiday Assistance Program helps approx. 500 people each year, thanks to the incredible generosity of our many donors and volunteers. Due to the pandemic, we were not sure what the level of support would be, and if we would be able to meet the needs of all the consumers and family members who benefit from this program. THANKFULLY Lenape had more donations and more donors than ever! We are hard at work collecting and wrapping gifts, necessity items, food, gift cards and more for individuals and families in need of help this holiday season. It truly demonstrates what this time of year is all about! We THANK each and every person who helps with this program for making a difference in someone’s life this season!
