Buyers have a hard time seeing past bold, bright colored walls, and anyone looking for a move-in ready home does not want to spend thousands of dollars to paint the entire house before they move in. A fresh, neutral paint color can go a long way and help you sell your home faster. If you spot water stains on the ceiling, be alarmed. Damp, musty basements and leaking roofs will spook most buyers, because water damage can cause wood to rot or mold and mildew issues. Nobody wants to buy a house with a pest problem, which is why it is so important to be proactive and get a quarterly or semi-annual pest control contract in place. They have a moment of inspiration or massive frustration, decide to go ALL IN and change everything overnight, but shortly the inspiration or desperation feeling fades, your will power weens, your identity proclaims this is not who you are, stop trying and you fall right back into your old habits.... Too may people quit if they don’t reach their goals the first time, or even the second time. Change takes time, you can’t change your life overnight. What is your WHY? Is it big enough to keep you going, to show you everyday why you started? , . It’s not sexy, it’s boring, and frustrating at times, but if you keep going, remember why you started, and get out of your way, you can change your life and achieve your goals.
