Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have made some determinations regarding student accounts and refunds. The Student Account’s Office will be reducing the following student account charges for the spring 2020 semester: Housing - Students who were not approved to live in University housing after the original spring break period will receive a 50% refund of Spring 2020 housing fees. - Students who returned after the original spring break period and subsequent...ly left University housing will receive a refund of Spring 2020 housing fees prorated to the effective date of terminating their housing contract. Meal Plans - Students who were not approved to live in University housing, did not return to school to reside in off-campus housing, and did not utilize their mail plan after the original spring break period will receive a 50% refund of Spring 2020 meal plan fees. - Students who returned after the original spring break period and subsequently left the University, will receive a refund of Spring 2020 meal plan fees prorated to the effective date of terminating their meal plan contract. Student Facilities Fee - All students will receive a 50% refund for SP20. Student Activities Fee - All students will receive a 50% refund for SP20 In regards to flex dollars: Seniors will receive a refund of the balance of flex dollars purchased in the 2019-20 Academic Year. Flex balances for all other students will carry forward to next semester in accordance with the present flex policy. This adjustment will have no impact on your financial aid award (grants, scholarships, or loans). All student account credit balances, after the charges listed above are adjusted, will be refunded by April 10, 2020. All refunds will first be applied to any remaining balances. If you are signed up for direct deposit, the refund will be deposited into your designated bank account. If you have not already signed up for direct deposit, we encourage you to do so now. Lock Haven University partners with Bank Mobile to deliver refunds. Students will want to be sure that they have their refund preference selected to ensure they receive their refund as quickly as possible. If students have not already selected a refund preference they will want to go to www.refundselection.com and click the ‘need a code’ button to start the process. Please note that if you have a Parent Plus Loan on your account the refund will be mailed the parent unless the parent gave permission for refunds to go to the student when they originally processed the loan. Please check MyHaven for adjustment detail as it will be available in real time once we make the adjustments to the student account. Winter Intersession 2019 bills are in the mail to the permanent address on file with the University. You can also view your bill on Myhaven by going to the Student Accounts Tab. Click on My Student Account on the left hand side then My Account Info then click on the Course and Fee Statement. Please be sure to review Myhaven in case of any changes to your bill after they were mailed out. Myhaven shows information in real time. Bills are due upon receipt for Winter Intersession.

Fall 2019 billing update - Online book charges have been added to the student accounts. Please view your bill in Myhaven to see the updated charges. We will be mailing out new bills to any student that had a change in their charges later this week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
