Message from Norm: I am sure by now everyone has heard that I have decided not to return to the Sharks Cove next year. Believe me, this was a very difficult decision to make as the past five years have been a pleasure serving the wonderful members of the Lincoln Park Swimming Association. When I opened the summer of 2015, I felt I had some big shoes to fill following Chef Mike. But because of him it made me be a little more creative with our specials (Sorry Nancy, still no fr...esh cut fries). My staff has been extremely dedicated to me and for that I thank them, without their help and honesty I would never have been able to pull this off. I love you guys, thank you. And finally, I want to thank the Board for giving me this fantastic opportunity to serve the members of your organization. The Board is still deciding who the next operator is going to be, but I ask the members to receive them as you did me. GO SHARKS!!!!!!!!

Folks, due to the weather, we will be closed today. However, thats makes tomorrow's 80s day look even better! We have raffles, food specials, membership specials, and will be open until 8:00 pm!

Hello LPP members! We have a bit of a good news/bad news situation to share. Good news 1st: Check out The Shark’s Cove Special for 80’s night this Saturday! ... Not so good news 2nd: This will be Mr. Norm’s last summer running the Shark’s Cove. He’s been filling out bellies and our hearts for 5 years! It’s time for him to spend time soaking up Summers with his family. We know that Norm is a favorite of both adults and children alike at the LPP. Let’s show him some love this last month of summer! Let him know he’s appreciated and you didn’t hear it from me, but Mr. Norm loves a nice kid-made picture to hang on his fridge

Here at LP, we believe in supporting our members, and right now, one of our members is offering a fantastic special on family photography. Secoges Photographics, has been the official photographer of the Lincoln Park Sharks swim team for 6 years and shares photos with us as a courtesy to use on our website. Members: Although the sun is shining and the rain appears to have left for the day, we will NOT be open today. We will need to clean up the pool and property and ensure the water is properly treated to safely open tomorrow. Thank you!

A couple of gentle reminders from the board: 1) Stop in front of the pool office and hold up your membership card until the office staff gives you the "OK" to enter the pool. 2) Wear your mask entering the breezeway to the pool. Is it inconvenient? Probably. Is it required for us to remain open and operate without getting fined? ABSOLUTELY! 3) Look for updates on our 8/8/2020 "socially distant" social event!

Greetings members - Good news! After a review of the policies and compliance the Board has voted to allow guests on a limited basis. We can accommodate a limited number of guests at the discretion of the pool manager. As always, thank you for creating a safe, welcoming environment at LP by adhering to the 2020 Health And Safety rules. Also, save the date for Saturday, August 8. We have something special in mind for 8/8! Updates to follow!
