Just to clarify ~ the only thing that has changed this year is we are not taking whole deer to skin, cut and wrap. We are taking boned out meat for burger, sausages, bologna, hot stick and jerky. We ask that the meat is off the bone, cleaned with deer fat removed and pieces no larger than than the size of your fist. Any questions call 724-588-4364 Thank you!
