WHAT IS DHS OR DROPPED HEAD SYNDROME? Dropped Head Syndrome is characterized by a chinonchest deformity due to neck flexion, sometimes with minor thoracic or lumbar spinal curvature. The head is in a dropped or floppy position when sitting or standing. This is sometimes caused by specific, generalized neuromuscular diagnosis.
