Love this spot.
Coming over to the trails for a hike? Why not stop in one of our local spots for a bite to eat and some drinks!
It was a pleasure to stop by Veteran Community Initiatives, VCI today and present Tom Caulfield with a donation of $600.00, from the Lorain/Stonycreek Hiking Trails. We raised this money for them thanks to the support of the community through our events. Between the Trails Kick-Off event in August and our Halloween event last weekend we were able to raise a total of $1175.00 for our veterans in 2020! I really appreciate the support of all our volunteers, vendors, musician...s and sponsors including several people who have always gone above and beyond to make the events and trails possible this year: Michael G. Kuharcik, Jr Dany Vavrek Kevin Dale Mike Johns Michael Lux Mary Heinlein Nancy Tavalsky Sharon and Jake Johnson Matthew Solomon Lorraine Fulmer Brandi Hammers John Chanda Clarence Robson Melanie Schaefer Diannah Dom David Sutton Katie Herbert Martin Kurt Weidlein Frank Krazovich Dan Kovalik Dennis Hammers Jeremy Keith Georgetta Frederick Laurel Highland Young Marines Visit Johnstown, Pennsylvania Stonycreek Township Police Department Lorain Borough Council Thank you!

Some upcoming events in the city...
As we are getting into the winter months here. We will be limiting the trail maintenance to work on some other projects here in the trails and with future events. If you see an issue on the trails while hiking that we didn't catch please let us know. Please message the page or emails us. Also a reminder with all the leaves that are down from the trees and the snow on the ground seeing the trail may be difficult. I know there are a few places on the yellow trail where you can see distant blazes on the trees. Stick to the ones close to you and you will be fine. We will be working on these areas in different ways to ensure its well defined. As always we are on AllTrails so you can follow those tracks to ensure you are on the right path.
