I regret to inform everyone that today will be my last gym post.........................................................................................of 2020!...!! Get ready for 2021! Are you excited? I am! Be prepared for more gym memes, bragging about my amazing coaches, and posting about hitting goals!!! This past year I achieved some of my goals - I lost 40 pounds, A1C is down (no longer prediabetic) and I found a workout program that works! Meet Wendy! She completed a 6 week challenge with us and she has lost over 20 lbs since she's been with us! The biggest thing that changed for Wendy is that she now enjoys working out.
