A little empathy goes a long way.

It is ok to "give up" on unhealthy situations, be it a job, a relationship, a friendship, etc. Please don't give up on yourself or the things you want though, because you never know how close you are to something wonderful until you get there.

All emotions have value, it's the behavior that follows them that we need to be careful of.
