We dodged the raindrops and missed the sun today but we got closer to completion on this new patio roof!

Yet another small project started in between bigger projects! In just three short days we have added a roof to this existing brick patio space.

We've been very busy! This time around it's a complete first floor renovation. All new kitchen, laundry and dry bar are just some of the changes to this residence. A quick sneek peak as we near the end of this project. Just waiting for the countertops as we finish the painting.
