On January 8, 2021, President Judge Kevin F. Kelly issued an Emergency Order Postponing the Jan. 15, 2021, Feb. 19, 2021, and March 19, 2021 Sheriff’s Real Estate Sales.

On December 23, 2020, Judge Dozor of Delaware County Common Pleas Court, issued an order extending until January 31,2021, the appeal deadline for all taxpayers and taxing districts desiring to file appeals from decisions issued by the County’s Board of Assessment Appeals, dated on or after November 23,2020. The extension was ordered in response to requests by certain school districts and municipalities, and was necessitated by administrative delays caused by both the ongoing covid-19 health crisis, and County of Delaware’s recent data breach.
