A HUGE THANK YOU to Fox Ford for allowing us the use of this delivery vehicle. COVID-19 has significantly increased the demand for delivery and with this vehicle, we have the ability to do two runs simultaneously. This will increase our efficiency and speed in delivery while keeping our customers safely at home. We are so thankful for our business friends down the street. #Community

McCracken Pharmacy heartily thanks our loyal customers for their patience and understanding as we all navigate through this surreal and frightening time brought... about by the COVID-19 virus. Earlier last week, the pharmacy imposed a one-person-at-a-time policy in the pharmacy lobby to minimize patient-to-patient contact; hopefully, decreasing the possibility of viral transmission. The response to this inconvenience was overwhelmingly positive from our customers. In regard to further recommended restrictions by the CDC and Department of Health, starting Monday, March 23, the pharmacy will be temporarily reducing store hours. The new hours will be 9:00AM to 6:00PM Monday thru Friday and 9:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturday. The pharmacy lobby will be open for prescription pick up 11:00AM to 1:00PM and 3:00PM to 6:00PM each weekday.The lobby will open all day on Saturday. If an emergency pick up is needed during the non-pickup times, please contact the staff via phone(724-627-5454) and we can arrange a curbside pick up. Of course, our delivery service will continue as always with both a morning and afternoon run. We highly encourage delivery and mailing of prescriptions during this time. PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 10:30AM- 5:00PM Saturday 11:00AM-3:00PM Please know that a pharmacist will be available to answer your questions 9:00 AM to 6:00PM each weekday and 9:00AM to 4:00PM on Saturday. Remember that THESE CHANGES ARE ONLY TEMPORARY as we look forward to the return of normalcy in our community.

McCracken Pharmacy will maintain regular store hours during this statewide mandated shutdown and social distancing campaign. We do ask that our valued customers follow some temporarily imposed guidelines and restrictions during this time. 1. If you are experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms, please do not enter the store. We can arrange a pickup and delivery of your medication. 2. Please call in refills ahead of time and utilize our free delivery service or we can bring th...e medication out to you in our parking lot. 3. Only 1 person should enter the store to pick up medication(s). 4. We are only accepting credit card transactions at the moment to minimize the potential viral spread on currency. 5. And please cover your mouth upon coughing or sneezing. This, along with proper hand sanitizing and not touching one’s face, really decreases the viral spread. All of the these precautionary measures may seem extreme or draconian but they are the recommendations. In order to help the community stay healthy, our staff must stay healthy.
