The Danville Police Department posted a scam alert on their Facebook page concerning a male individual calling residents and posing as Danville Police Officer. The individual informs the victim that they missed a subpoena or other court date and are now subject to arrest. The caller tells the victim they can pay the caller to prevent further problems. The Danville Police D...epartment posted the number that is being used by the scammer is 570-258-7459. If you receive a call from this individual, do not provide any personal or banking information and report the call to the Danville Police Department. Dear Valued Member, Due to equipment failure and supply shortages with our vender, paper statements for the month of December have not yet been mailed. MC Federal is working with the vendor to determine the timing of when those statements will arrive. In the meantime, MC Federal is able to provide a copy of your statement to you at your request. Simply visit your local branch to request a paper copy. Additionally, you can reach out to us by calling 800.834.0082, or by sending... us a message using digital banking. Our contact center is happy to assist with getting you an expedited copy of your statement. As a valued member, we know that receiving your monthly statements in a timely manner is important to you. As such, we would like to encourage you to use our e-Statement service. E-Statements are the quickest way to receive your monthly statement as well as your tax documents. E-Statements are available through digital banking and can be viewed for up to 12 months after the statement date. You also have the option to print e-Statements at your home if you choose. To sign up for e-Statements: 1. Log into digital banking via our website or digital banking app. 2. Choose any of your MC Federal accounts 3. Choose eStatements 4. You will be taken to our e-Statement portal, click Register to continue 5. Verify your information. It is important that you include your correct email address, as statement notifications will be sent to the email address provided. 6. Next, you will be able to review and accept the Electronic Consent Agreement 7. You will receive an email to confirm your registration for e-Statements 8. To view your e-Statements after registration, simply log into digital banking and click eStatements from any of your accounts. We thank you for your patience while we work through this disruption.
