Its been a while since I've been able to post. While I never, ever step away from real estate, I had cut back on non-client-focused endeavors when I had my daughter in Nov. Now I'm happy to report that I'm back to all aspects of my business! (Though not kissing those cheeks every 5 mins is difficult....) And what a crazy market we are seeing as I return online! Did you know that every seller I work with gets FREE staging? I have my own inventory of staging furniture and decor that makes sprucing up a home easy for listing. Often, I work with sellers to edit, decorate and refresh their spaces to better appeal to the average buyer, but I also provide whole-house staging for empty listings (as available). And there's never a charge to my clients for this service, when available. I find its incredibly helpful to be detail-oriented and work on decorating a space, not just furnishing it. Layering, adding artwork/galley walls, and plenty of decorative objects helps a space feel warm and inviting. Take a look at some of my more recent work!
