Byll rated us 5 out of 5! It's a shame I can only score the service providers here at a 5...! My experience with MENtality was exceptional! From the moment I walked in I knew I was in for a treat. Tony, my barber, was knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant, delightful, musically gifted (as he hummed along to the background playlist!), and above all else, PROFESSIONAL! It is easy to expect an overly rigid or too laid back environment, but MENtality was warm, welcoming and fun!... Not only did Tony provide a stellar experience, he was also providing his team and his apprentices with customer service standards, teaching them how to give a quality shave and not making me feel like a test subject! He shared his talents with his team so other guests like myself can feel as amazing as I do now. Tony had an artistry about him and his attention to detail is incredible. I felt relaxed through the entire session. In addition to the haircut, I received a beard treatment, and I look and feel utterly spectacular. Covid cuts are now a thing of the past! When talking about self care it is obvious that MENtality is ahead of the curve! I would be remiss if I didn't mention the AMAZING scalp massage and shampoo treatment I received! Just Wow!
