#Repost @racheldealto This. All of this. It isn’t about avoiding your triggers. It’s about recognizing them and healing. What is creating the nausea, anxiety, sadness or anger? You have to feel it to free it. Thanks for this gem @charliegoldsmith

I’M BACK! So here’s some poetry and wisdom from @Rudy francisco for ya’ll! I do think the primary reason to love and accept ourselves is to nurture our relationship with ourselves you’re the only one with you 24/7 (thanks @timymengle_ for that reminder) but it’s also true that we teach others how to treat us based on how we model our own relationship with self. People tend to believe about us based on what WE believe about us. This is an everyday practice and a process and remember that process and progress are NOT linear. Be patient with yourself along the way #progressnotperfection #always #selfcompassion #selflove #growth #relationships #lmft #mftthatlovesdbt #psychotherapy #psychotherapist #philadelphia #wisdom #mindfulness
