Dear Midland residents, Tomorrow Monday April 19 the Midland Water Authority is doing construction from the Spring Lane light up to the bottom of the Midland Heights Hill. If you’re coming from the Midland Heights or Ohioville , you’ll need to go through the alley to 3rd Street. If you’re going to the Midland Heights or Ohioville, you’ll need to turn on 4th Street, and take the alley to the Midland Heights Hill. Construction will begin around 8am and will last several hours. Please share.
Happy Heavenly Easter. May you heroes Rest in Eternal Peace.
Dear Midland residents, Due to several complaints the police department would like to address several issues. First is regarding parking on yellow lines. The yellow lines are there as an indicator of a parking violation. 2nd all vehicles on two way roads must park with the direction of travel. Lastly no juvenile may operate a motor vehicle on a roadway unless licensed, and the vehicle is registered. This applies even when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please share. Thank you.
20 years ago this world lost a great man. Officer James Naim will never be forgotten. Rest In Eternal Peace
Dear Midland residence, Due to a large water main break, the part known as Spring Lane, in between Midland Ave and the Heights Hill is closed. If you are going to the Heights you will have to use 4th Street. If you are coming from the Heights you will have to use the alley and go to 3rd Street. This break will take several hours to fix. Please share.
The Midland Police Department has a few holiday announcements to make. 1st on Sunday Judge Armour went with Officer Little to do the judging on behalf of the Midland 4th of July Committee for the Christmas decorations. 1st place went to the Tanner family, they have donated their prize money to the Midland Volunteer Fire Department! 2nd place went to the Sallie Family on the 300 block of Penn Ave, and we had a tie for the 3rd place winner. 3rd place went to the Zelezniak famil...y on the 600 block of Beaver Ave, and to Robert Wilkinson on Spring Lane. Please call the station to collect your prizes, and a big thank you to Judge Armour for donating his time. Lastly we did our annual TV drawing that supports the Midland Police Cop with a Santa Cause. The Midland Police Department would like to give a big thank you to the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office. As part of their No Shave November they made a donation of $300 to the Midland Cop With a Santa Cause program. That should definitely brighten a Midland child’s Christmas. Also some good looking beards.
Dear Midland residents, we were informed today that leaf pickup street sweeping is done for the year. Please share, and thank you.
I’ve worked with many community oriented police officers in my years at the Midland Police Department. That being said Officer Kate Kelly always takes it to new levels!
We will never forget those who passed that day, and we will never forget those hero’s who ran toward the danger.
Sorry for the late notice. PLEASE SHARE ASAP!
Dear Midland residents, Midland children return to school today. Please make sure you use extra caution when driving this morning. We respectfully ask that you be mindful of bus traffic, and of the children who walk to school. Thank you and take care.
The Midland Police Department would like to give a big thank you to DL Williams! She donated a ton of face masks, and hand sanitizer to the station.

Thank you April Milkovich from the Midland PD for a delicious dinner and muffins !
So one of the officers went to Subway for lunch today. When she went to pay for her food they told her that an unknown male had purchased a $50 gift card for the officers to eat. So sir, if by any chance you follow this page I’d like to personally say thank you. You have no idea how much that meant in these turbulent times Chief McCarthy
The Midland Police Department successfully served a search warrant this morning. Two unregistered pistols, 24 grams of crack cocaine, 27 grams of fentanyl, miscellaneous other drug paraphernalia, and nearly $20,000 in cash. We’d also like to thank the Beaver County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohioville Borough Police Department for their assistance.
Awesome job Officer Kate Kelly!!!

Our continued prayers for those who have passed on, and to their families.
Midland’s generosity continues. Today we were paid a visit by some of Midland Elementary/Middle Schools finest teachers. Thank you cards from the kids and Orams Donut’s. Thank you, it is very much appreciated.
