@sno__globe is hangin on bar today and has reported the spro tastes a little like marshmallows and a little like lemon bars - creamy and bright and well sat. Well sat, meaning: it’s been aerated and stored long enough for the beans to have reached their full potential! What do we put espresso in? ... Espresso goes in all drinks that aren’t coffee. This means we extract espresso from our espresso machine and use the shot for drinks like cortados, cappuccinos, lattes and our specialty drinks like our Maple Butter Latte and our Cardamom Latte! All of the different names of the espresso drinks let us know how much milk goes into the drink, and what the variability of the milk will be. For example, cappuccinos have a dryer foam and weigh less! But a latte has velvety steamed milk with very little fluff to it. Anyway I digress. The espresso is good today. We are open. The pastries are incredible as usual. Come try.
