Hi everyone! Matt has been busy cleaning equipment and getting the trees all tapped! Now we're waiting for the sap to run! We've added a vacuum pump to our operation, which is to encourage Mother Nature to "move it along "! LOL. We are so excited about the upcoming Maple Tour in March! The dates are the 6th and 7th!
