This week we will be open Tuesday 5/25-Thursday 5/27 & then we will be CLOSED for the holiday weekend, 5/28-5/31. We will reopen next Tuesday for normal business hours!

SATURDAY OPENINGS Due to high demand for Saturday appointments, we decided to open up for a half day of grooming on Saturday June 5th. Right now we have open availability from 1:00-3:00 which is only a handful of appointments. After this Saturday opening, we are booking out to July for Saturday grooms. BIG restock of Miss Lucy’s Dog Treats! We are fully stocked with individual cookies, cookie trays, s’mores, ice cream sandwiches, dehydrated banana chips, giant dog bones, and so much more from Miss Lucy’s (and they’re the cutest summer shapes might I add) Come check it out! Within the next week we should also be fully restocked on doggy donuts & The Dog House mini & full size treats too. ... Stop in and see us, open all week Tuesday-Saturday 9am-7pm everyday except Saturday is 8:30am-5pm!

Last few days before Christmas to stop in and grab some stocking stuffers for your pups! Christmas cookies, donuts, boxes of treats, BIG restock on moose antlers (currently available in all sizes except Taster), & some candles and wax melts for your 2 legged friends & family! Please keep in mind we will be closed from 12:00 on December 24th, and reopening for normal business hours on Tuesday January 5th.

OPEN today from 9am-8pm PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE A APPOINTMENT BEFORE CHRISTMAS: The parking area is plowed & salted, but please keep in mind we just went through a snow storm & it’s still a bit slick in some places. Just be careful when arriving, if you need assistance with your dog or would like me to retrieve your dog from the car, just give us a call when you get here! ... with only 1 week until Christmas & having to reschedule a LOT of people from the snow storm, our schedule is LOADED and we are now booking to the second week in January. We have had way too many no shows this year. I understand things come up, but when you just don’t show up for a appointment you leave us no time to fill your spot. With a long waiting list of people wanting in before Christmas, I have decided to enforce a no show/ last minute cancellation fee up until Christmas (just for the next week) If you no show or cancel within 1 hour of your appointment, there will be a $15 fee added on to your next groom. If you no show/ cancel last minute your next groom, you will not be taken back in as a client. Please respect our time as we’re working 12+ hour days and taking time away from our own families to accommodate everyone. If you’re as little as 10 minutes late, we WILL turn you away. We’re running on a very tight schedule, so we recommend being 5-10 minutes early to your appointment. If turned away for showing up late, the no show/ cancellation fee will be in effect. All in all remember we’re doing our best in a crazy 2020 world. Grooming appointments may take longer than normal, it might take us longer than normal to get back to you. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated

Due to the upcoming weather forecast for Wednesday & Thursday, I made the very tough decision to close at lunchtime on Wednesday & close all day Thursday. The timing couldn’t be worse with Christmas quickly approaching, but Mother Nature does what she wants! I will be contacting everyone to reschedule appointments tomorrow, I will do my best to get everyone in before Christmas but the unfortunate truth is some appointments will have to be pushed back to the week after Christmas. With a forecast of 14-20, this was the best decision for you & your pups safety as well as our employees. We hope everyone can be understanding, if you have a appointment you will be hearing from me tomorrow to make other arrangements.
