Never walk or run unexpectedly into the path of a moving vehicle. County commissioners say they made the change for "high exertion outdoor activities" because Montco is about to drop below the 5 percent positivity rate. Masks must still be worn if six feet of distance can't be maintained between people from different households, when on the sidelines, when outdoors with a mixture of vaccinated and unvaccinated people, and when attending crowded outdoor activities. This Halloween, let’s make happy memories, not tragic nightmares. On Halloween night during the years 2014-2018, 145 people were killed in drunk-driving crashes.... 41% of people who died while on the road that night were involved in crashes that had at least one drunk driver. This year, NHTSA is teaming up with local officials to help spread the message that #BuzzedDrivingIsDrunkDriving. #Halloween See more
