Dear Patients: On June 8, 2020 we will open our office again! We are so excited to offer our excellent dental services again! Our office has always followed the guidelines set forth by ADA, CDC and OSHA, and now we are implementing Covid 19 guidelines as well.... Our team has spent many hours over this break reviewing infection control procedures and made changes throughout the office to provide your dental health needs safely. We have implemented the following protocol: No visitors are allowed. This allows us to respect the proper distancing for our safety and for yours. We will be asking Covid 19 questions to set up appointments. If we canceled your appointment due to the office closure, we will be in contact to reschedule as soon as we can. We kindly ask in the event the appointment is for a child, please have only one parent at the time of visit. Both parent and child will be Covid 19 assessed. Once the appointment is scheduled, we will be calling you to confirm the appointment, go over Covid 19 questions and protocol for your appointment. For scheduled patients only: Upon arriving for your appointment - Please be on TIME We have scheduled longer appointment times and spaced out the appointments to allow us to thoroughly clean and sanitize the room both before and after your appointment for both our safety and yours. - Please remain in your car and call our office to notify us of your arrival. A member of our team will then come to your car to meet you. Please wear a mask at all times, if you dont have one we will provide it. Your temperature will be taken. Please know that anyone with a temperature above 100.3 degrees F must be rescheduled. A series of Covid 19 questions will be asked. We will use a pulse oxymeter, to measure your pulse and oxygen saturation. -Please use the hand sanitizer immediately inside the office door. The team member will escort you directly to the operatory for your treatment. - Before we begin your appointment, you will be asked to pre-rinse with peroxide rinse to limit the viral load in your saliva. - All team members will be wearing proper PPE recommended by the CDC and OSHA - Upon completion of your appointment, you will be asked to put your mask on and use hand sanitizer. You will be escorted to the front desk area by a team member. The front desk area has shield guards installed, with hand sanitizers in place. We ask that you kindly remain behind those while completing your payments and scheduling further appointments. Each room will be disinfected and sterilized following CDC guidelines. We will use HEPA filters, UV lights and a fogger as well. Please be patient with us! Thank you so much for your support and we look forward to seeing you soon.
