I got to spend my morning with this beauty yesterday !!! She slept through her entire session from start to finish! I even got to play with play-dough and her Brother when we were finished !!!!

Why an empty basket? This week begins National Infertility Awareness Week. I know seeing all the beautiful newborns we share can be heartbreaking when you are waiting for a baby of your own. We want you to know you are not alone, we are loving you, praying for you and saving you a basket/bucket. Did you know that... 1 in 8 women struggle with infertility and 1 in 4 experience loss and 1 in 100 pregnancies are affected by stillbirth? This week I am joining with other newborn photographers as we are share our empty baskets/buckets in honor of you. This empty basket symbolizes not only the emptiness women who experience infertility often feel, but it is also a symbol of hope for all those families still praying for their miracle baby. The acronym PAIL also stands for Pregnancy After Infertility or Loss. When their miracle arrives, we will be here to celebrate with them! Please join me in spreading awareness.
